Why are we offering the Mammut Smart 2.0 as a pre-sale add-on?
As part of our commitment to the safety of our climbers, we have decided to make assisted-braking devices (ABDs) mandatory at Greater Heights Climbing. We know this may be a change for some in our community, and that some of you will need to purchase a new device.
To help the community make this transition, we are offering the Mammut Smart 2.0 at a 25% discount. The Smart 2.0 is a reliable, economical option that uses optimized geometry to assist in braking during fall arrests.
How do you purchase a Smart 2.0?
Once you have determined which membership option is right for you, select “purchase”. This will take you to our purchase portal.
From there, you can add members if you are starting a household account. Once completed, select “continue” and you will be prompted to enter your personal information, as well as the option to add a Mammut Smart 2.0 to your cart. If you have any questions you can contact us at info@ghclimbing.com.

Monthly memberships will bill automatically on the 1st of every month.
The purchase of a pre-sale membership covers the first full month of membership dues and secures your discounted rate. When you visit for the first time, a staff member will finalize your membership, which will include a charge for prorated dues from the date of your visit to the end of the month.
For example, if you purchase a pre-sale membership, and your first visit is December 10th, a pro-rated fee will be due to cover the remaining days in December. January is covered by the original purchase of the pre-sale membership, meaning you will not be charged. Your next bill date would be February 1st (after your first full month with us).
Discounted pre-sale rates will be in effect for 1 year. At the end of your first year with us, the membership rate will automatically adjust to reflect the standard rate.
If you decide to terminate your discounted membership, and decide to rejoin at a later date, you will be re-enrolled at the standard membership rate.
Membership status can be changed at any point after the first full month.
Memberships are set to auto-renew every month. If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, a cancellation form must be submitted prior to your bill date.

What to expect on your first visit:
All first time visitors will need to fill out a Participation Agreement. You can fill out a waiver ahead of time to expedite the orientation process.
Side Note: This is the preferred method of Greater Heights Team Members, as it saves time and energy!
All visitors will be asked to attend an orientation of the facility, which will include a tour of the facility, along with information on gym rules, auto-belay testing, and proper bouldering etiquette and falling technique.
Expect this process to take between 10-15 minutes. We will be prioritizing group orientations and you may be asked to wait for more participants to join.
If you are wanting to be top-rope or lead tested and certified, please book the appropriate rope test on our scheduler.
Due to the elevated demand of testing upon opening, we are requiring rope tests to be scheduled with a option available every hour (ADD LINK TO SCHEDULE).
